Judge lowers Vallow-Daybell's bond, sets dates for trial

Lowered bond for misdemeanor charges, felony charges remain at $1 million bond

MADISON COUNTY, Idaho — A judge has lowered Lori Vallow-Daybell's bond for three misdemeanor charges to $50,000 apiece, or $150,000 total, lowering the total amount of the original bond of $1 million. She pleaded guilty to charges of resisting or obstructing officers, criminal solicitation to commit a crime and contempt of court. Her trial was set for the end of January, 2021.

Vallow-Daybell still faces felony charges of destroying, altering or concealing evidence in Fremont County, Idaho. The bond for those charges remains at $1 million.
