UPDATE: Isaac has been found safe by law enforcement.
ORIGINAL STORY: The Lewiston Police Department has issued an Endangered Missing Person advisory for 18-year-old Isaac T. Blout. According to a news release, Isaac has the mentality of a 3 year old.
Isaac left his home on the 1600 block of Birch Avenue in Lewiston at 10:30 a.m. Thursday. He was last seen near the new Gun Club extension road at around 11:15 a.m., getting into a gray or tan Econoline van with unknown plates. The van went north on Highway 95.
