If convicted of all charges, Daybell will face up to 20 years in prison and up to a $40,000 fine.

Daybell was arrested on June 9, after officers say the remains of Joshua "JJ" Vallow and Tylee Ryan were found on his property. A jury trial for Daybell is currently set to start in January in Fremont County.
