Madhuban served hundreds of free meals today as part of its ongoing annual commitment to bring food and people together in Garden City, a tradition they carried over from their family's roots in India.
"We don't have a temple where we can donate food like in our villages," said Gurpreet Singh, co-owner of Madhuban Indian Restaurant.
"This gives our family an ability to do it like we would in India."
