A 35-year-old man fell off the cliff while hiking at Shoshone Falls on Sunday.
About 3:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 26, Twin Falls Police and Fire personnel along with paramedics from St. Luke's Magic Valley were dispatched to the Shoshone Falls grade to a report of a man falling off the cliff.
According to Twin Falls Police, Chris Manning, 35, fell about 50 feet into the canyon. Rescuers were able to reach him and reported that he had suffered several broken bones. He was airlifted to St. Luke's hospital in Boise.
At last check, he was listed in critical condition.
