NAMPA, Idaho — This year, the Miss Idaho organization celebrates its 70th anniversary--their platinum year. Along with celebrating a major anniversary, they will also be crowning a new Miss Idaho. Saturday, June 7, Nina Forest, Miss Idaho 2018, will pass down her crown to one young woman. Forest made the top ten at Miss America, the 1st time Idaho has made the top ten since 1972. She is a Pocatello native who hopes to obtain a Juris Doctorate and practice human rights and social justice law.

Nina received thousands of dollars in scholarships to support her studies. The Miss Idaho Scholarship Foundation, Inc. is a separate, stand-alone foundation that supports The Miss Idaho Organization’s education mission of providing quality scholarship assistance to young women in America. The purpose of this Fund is to administer the scholarships awarded through the Miss Idaho Scholarship Program. The Fund will promote goodwill and publicity for the State of Idaho. We will also receive gifts and financial support from sponsors and contributions to the Fund. To donate, click here.
