BOISE, Idaho — Two more homes located on St. Luke's property near the Boise Medical Center were saved and moved overnight. The houses are at a temporary storage lot in East Boise near the botanical gardens.
The move started around 6 p.m. Monday night, with the homes rolling down 2nd street around 8 p.m.
As construction continues to move forward, officials have worked to preserve several historic structures in the area. Two buildings will remain on St. Luke's property. The others will be restored by a private developer and eventually put up for sale once locations are secured.
