A single motorcycle accident sends a man to the hospital tonight, after Boise Police say he was riding roughly 100 miles per hour.
Around 4:15 p.m. an officer tried to pull the man over for speeding on the Connector just before Fairview Avenue.
Police say he showed no signs of stopping, so for public safety concerns, the officer backed off.
Immediately after that, they received several calls about the motorcyclist who lost control at the River Street exit, and crashed.
River Street was blocked off while investigators reconstructed the accident. No word yet on the extent of his injuries.
