A motorcyclist is dead after a two-vehicle crash on Highway 95 Saturday north of Payette.
Idaho State Police say Donald Manning Jr., was riding his motorcycle when he cross the center line and hit an oncoming pickup truck. Manning was wearing a helmet, but died at the scene.
The truck's driver, Judy Eldridge, was not hurt.
All lanes of Highway 95 were blocked for almost three hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
