A chemical used to fight fires has contaminated some drinking water at Mountain Home Air Force Base.
The water from one well on base had six times the allowable amount of PFC's. That well has been taken off line.
The base says toxic firefighting foam called AFFF is to blame. They are replacing the foam.
In the meantime, the base is providing a mountain of bottled water to those who want it.
Officials are working with the EPA to find a way to clean the water before it is reconnected to the system.
