NAMPA, Idaho — The Nampa Police Department says they are investigating a homicide that occurred in Nampa this morning at around 1:00 a.m.
Police say they responded to the 1500 block of Ruby Ct. for what they say is a stabbing; they say when officers arrived, they found the subject of the reported stabbing dead in the road with multiple stab wounds.
Police say they have arrested Juanito J. Rodriguez for charges of aggravated battery, and have transported him to the Canyon County Jail. One other adult male was transported to the hospital, with injuries that police say aren't life-threatening.
Nampa Police say they're still currently investigating this incident, and are questioning other people involved.
