NAMPA, Idaho — The Nampa Rec Center and the Nampa Senior Center will be closed to the public September 5-8 for building and grounds maintenance.
Closing the facility allows an opportunity for maintenance and improvement projects which could not otherwise be done during business hours.
Improvements include:
- Resurfacing the basketball courts, studio floors, two racquetball courts, and TRX studio floors
- Carpet replacement on the cardio mezzanine
- Seal coat and re-stripe parking lines in the parking lot
- Deep cleaning of the facility
While the facility is closed to the public, the Kids In Action Day Camp program will operate as usual. The Rec Center will re-open and resume typical operating hours on Monday, September 9, 2019 at 5 a.m.
