BOISE, Idaho — Last night, Ada County Highway District initiated a traffic swap at the intersection of Cole and Victory. The swap was in full effect Tuesday morning and will impact morning and evening commutes over the next week.
The new traffic pattern now includes one lane open in each direction on the east side of Cole road, and on the south side of Victory road, there are left turn lanes at the intersection.
Tuesday, crews started removing asphalt on the north side of Victory and the west side of Cole Road. They will also begin building a median U-Turn (ThrU-turn) and widening Cole Road.
The project is expected to wrap up in Fall 2020.
