You can shape the future of the Gem State's nuclear waste holdings at a meeting tonight between 5pm and 9:30pm at the Boise Center.
The Department of Energy is holding it's 7th of 8 meetings nationwide seeking public input abouta plan that lets states voluntarily consent toholdingnuclear waste.
Sources say the Department of Energy is behind-schedule in cleaning waste that already is in Idaho, and some groups are against the plan.
The meeting got underway at 5pm and will go until 9:30pm at the Boise Centre.
