Idaho Fish and Game releases July rainbow trout stocking schedule

BOISE, IDAHO — Throughout July, Fish and Game plans to release more than 41,000 rainbow trout from the McCall and Nampa hatcheries.

Here's the schedule:

Lowman (10-mile) Ponds - July 8 - 600

Marsing Pond - July 1 - 450

Martin Lake (Grandjean) - July 8, 22 - 600/600

Officials say the number of trout actually released could change, based on factors including weather, water conditions, equipment problems and/or schedule changes. If delays occur, they say trout will be stocked when conditions improve.
