BOISE — Jake Plummer is one of the greatest athletes to ever come out of Idaho which led to a pro football career as a quarterback in the NFL, now he's giving back to the community.

Plummer's skills & thrills challenge is a free camp put together by the Plummer brothers with the help of volunteers which included Olympic Gold Medalist Kristin Armstrong.

"I can guarantee you one thing that Jake and I had in common at your age is everyday is not worth it unless you are having fun," said Armstrong.

The camp had a variety of different games to encourage kids to be active, put down the video games and go outside and play.

"It's a lot of fun and I'm just happy to be here to give back to the community and set these kids hopefully on a course for some fun and success down the road" said Jake Plummer.

The Plummer's skills and thrills challenge is supported by the Idaho Youth Sports Commission and several sponsors that helps make this event free.
