MARSING, Idaho — A 19-year-old Nevada woman died in a crash Thursday night south of Marsing, according to police.
Idaho State Police responded to two-vehicle crash at 9:46 p.m. on US95 at milepost 11.
Kaitlyn Torres, 19, of Eureka Nevada, was traveling southbound when her vehicle went left of center and collided into the vehicle of Robert Piece, 62, of Fernley, Nevada.
According to police, Torres succumbed to her injuries at the scene of the crash and Pierce was transported by ground ambulance to West Valley Medical Center in Caldwell.
Police say the roadway was blocked for around 6.5 hours while crews worked to clear the scene.
Idaho State Police is investigating the crash.
