GOODING, Idaho — Police say alcohol was a factor in a Friday evening crash involving three vehicles about two miles south of Gooding.
Idaho State Police were called to an injury-crash at 2134 SH46 near milepost 108.5 around 7:45 p.m.
A juvenile driver was stationary in the southbound lane waiting to turn left into a residential address, when police say 31-year-old Eugenia Wadsworth hit the back of the juvenile's pickup truck.
Wadsworth then hit a Gooding County deputy who was heading northbound, according to ISP.
All vehicles came to rest on SH46 completely blocking the highway for an hour and 45 minutes.
The juvenile was transported by ground ambulance to North Canyon Medical Center, in Gooding. Wadsworth was transported by patrol vehicle to North Canyon Medical Center. The deputy was not injured.
Police say alcohol was involved.
