BOISE, Idaho — One person is in custody after an emergency situation at Ann Morrison Park Wednesday.

Ada County Dispatch tells 6 On Your Side the call came in as an assault with a deadly weapon, although dispatchers weren't able to disclose any more information. Boise Police are investigating a report of one shot fired in the park.
A Bronco Alert was sent out just after 12:30 Wednesday afternoon, warning students of an "emergency situation" in progress at Ann Morrison Park. The alert said the situation was an "assault with a possible discharge of a weapon."
Another alert said the suspect is thought to be in his mid 20's and has braided black hair. He's wearing a blue hoodie with writing on the front and has blue eyes. The alert also said he was wearing white tennis shoes and is clean shaven.

Officers made contact with a man matching his description and evidence was found at the scene. Officers say the incident possible began as a physical altercation between two men. Reports say each of the men may have produced a weapon but neither used the weapons to hurt each other.
The report of the shot fired is unconfirmed, but officers have made contact with both parties. The investigation remains ongoing.
Boise Police say no one was injured, and officers are working to secure the area.
