CALDWELL, Idaho — Police are looking for three suspects in connection with a home invasion shooting in Caldwell Friday night.

According to Captain Devin Riley of the Caldwell Police Department, officers were called to the shooting on the 1200 block of Fillmore just before 7:30 pm. That’s near Lincoln Elementary School and about eight blocks from the College of Idaho.

On scene, they found a 21-year-old woman who had been shot once in her upper left arm.  She was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.

Officers were told a vehicle arrived at the house and three men got out, forced open the door to the home and that was when the victim was shot.  The three men then took off. Police did not comment on how many shots were fired.

"At this time, we don’t think that there is any danger to the general public." Said Captain Devin Riley of the Caldwell Police Department.

The case is still under investigation. If you have any information on this case please call Crime Stoppers at 343-COPS or Caldwell Police at 454-7531
