NEW PLYMOUTH, Idaho — The Payette County Sheriff's Office responded to a shots fired call Thursday night just before 11 in New Plymouth. Preliminary information shows there was an altercation in Ontario, Oregon and two vehicles left the scene and went to a home in New Plymouth.
When officials arrived at the home, shots were fired at one of the vehicles. According to a news release, a 31-year-old female passenger was hit by one of the rounds that were fired. There is no word on her condition at this time.
Information about the incident is limited at this time. The Payette County Sheriff's Office, with help from the Idaho State Police and Payette City Police Department, are investigating the incident.
