BOISE, Idaho — The Department of Public Safety at Boise State University was notified March 20 that a member of the campus community tested positive for novel coronavirus. The university is working closely with Central District Health to respond.
People who visited the Administration Building or the Rec Center on March 13 may have come into contact with the person who tested positive. The risk is low, but people experiencing symptoms of COVID-19 should alert their healthcare provider that they may have been in contact with an infected person.

The university is delivering all Spring 2020 courses remotely through the end of the semester, has cancelled all major events through the beginning of May and has closed most campus buildings.
