Suspect robs Walgreens of medications with gun

The Bonneville County Sheriff’s Office is reporting that a man dressed in construction gear robbed a Walgreens in Ammon, Idaho at approximately 2:48 a.m. on March 31st, 2016.

The Walgreens is located at Ammon Road and 17th Street.

Workers told police that a man entered the store, went to the pharmacy, jumped the counter and pointed a gun at a pharmacist. He then demanded medications before leaving the store.

The suspect is described as a white male, about 5’ 8” tall. He was wearing a black hoodie with a yellow reflective safety vest over the top, blue jeans and a blue construction type hard hat on. His face was covered with a light colored fabric. He was wearing dark colored glasses.
