Update: Idaho State Police responded to a rollover on the right shoulder of the east bound Eagle Rd. on-ramp just before 6 a.m. Police say a male driver hit black ice and lost control of the truck, causing the vehicle to roll over.
Minor delays for merging traffic were reported, but otherwise the morning commute was not affected. The driver was able to walk away uninjured.
