CALDWELL, Idaho — Saint Alphonsus Health System plans on expanding services to residents of Caldwell and Canyon County with construction of a 45,000-50,000 square foot outpatient clinic northwest of the Caldwell Industrial Airport. The health system has closed on the purchase of an 18-acre site at the intersection of Franklin Road and Aviation Way.

“We have a long history of more than 20 years of service to the community, with our Elm Street Family Medicine Clinic and the Karcher Family Medicine Clinic. The Saint Alphonsus Cancer Institute in Caldwell provides medical oncology services, and has partnered with West Valley Medical Center for radiation oncology therapy since 2001,” said Odette Bolano, President and CEO of Saint Alphonsus Health System. “This new facility will meet the healthcare needs of Caldwell residents with outpatient services, including primary care, urgent care and specialty services.”

Plans are still being developed for the groundbreaking, with construction anticipated to be completed in 2022.
