TREASURE VALLEY, Idaho — There are several options for kids and college students to find free meals or food while school is out.

Wahooz
Wahooz is currently closed, but March 23-27, the company will be handing out free sack lunches to families. The meals will be delivered to vehicles in the parking lot. Sign up for free lunches is required by 10am the day prior at www.wahoozfunzone.com. Limit of up to six lunches per family, per day, while supplies last.
Boise State University
The campus food pantry located in the Dean of Students office is still open. Pre-loaded grocery bags full of items are available for pick-up. If you want to donate to the pantry or student emergency fund, click here.
Boise School District
The Boise School District has food pantries available for families to access through March 20 at the following locations:
- March 19: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. - Whittier, Morley Nelson, Garfield
- March 20: 1 p.m. - 3 p.m. - Taft, Whitney, Frank Church
The district will begin Grab-And-Go meal services on March 23, 2020 through March 27 for children who need nutritious meals while schools are closed. Starting Monday and continuing through Friday, free sack meals will be available from 9:00 am to 10:00 am at the following locations:
- Grace Jordan Elementary School, in the front of school
- Whitney Elementary School, at the bus loop drop off near the Community Center entrance
- Morley Nelson Elementary School, at the student drop off loop by Community Center
- Whittier Elementary School, at the bus loop entrance
Any child ages 1-18 (including toddlers) can receive one breakfast and one lunch per day to eat at home. No identification or proof of school enrollment is required, but the child must be present. Meals will be served in a drive-through manner and meals are not to be eaten on site. There will be no public access inside the schools; these are not places to socialize or congregate at this time. Meals will be served sack style on a first come first served basis. Each sack will contain one breakfast and one lunch.
Kuna School District
The Kuna School District will offer meals for children starting March 20 until schools reopen. Children under 18 will receive a grab and go bag with breakfast and lunch from 11 a.m. to noon, Monday through Friday at the following locations:
- Ross Elementary
- Reed Elementray
- Kuna High School
Children do not need to be enrolled in the Kuna School District to get a free meal, but do have to be present.
El Distrito Escolar de Kuna ofrecerá comidas gratis para niños de lunes a viernes a partir del Viernes 21 de marzo hasta que las escuelas vuelvan a abrir.
Los niños menores de 18 años recibirán una bolsa para que lleven desayuno y almuerzo, de 11 a.m. a mediodía de lunes a viernes en:
- Ross Elementary, 610 N. School Ave.
- Reed Elementary, 1670 Linder Road
- Kuna High School, 637 E Deer Flat Road

Caldwell School District is offering free meals to children. The child must be present to receive meals and does not have to be a Caldwell School District student.
Kids, 18 or younger, will receive breakfast and lunch at designated distribution sites throughout Caldwell. Distribution is set for March 18 through 20 from 10 - 11 a.m. from school buses manned by CSD teachers, staff, and parent volunteers. Adults may purchase a sack meal for $4.
El Distrito Escolar de Caldwell ofrecerá comidas gratis para niños el miércoles 18 de marzo, jueves 19 de marzo y viernes 20 de marzo.
