BOISE, Idaho — Boise Police officers are continuing to search for 68-year-old Teodomiro -- or Teo, as he’s also known -- who has been missing since Thursday morning.

Investigators are asking the public to keep an eye out throughout the Treasure Valley as they travel for the holidays. Due to Teo’s habit of traveling on foot, investigators ask that people not assume that he is limited to any one location in the area.

Teo is a vulnerable adult; his family says he suffered a traumatic brain injury and sometimes gets confused. Teo was last seen leaving his residence in the area of Cole Road and Mountain View Drive in west Boise about 11 a.m. Thursday.

Witness reports indicate Teo was spotted in the area of 36th Street and Eyrie Way at just after 3 p.m. that day. He was also seen on surveillance video Thursday walking near Quail Ridge Golf Course, according to a Boise Police Department news release.

Officers have been searching on foot and with a drone. “Due to the time frame that Teo has been missing, officers worry that he could be anywhere in the city. Officers ask concerned residents to search around their property and keep an eye out while driving,” the release said.

Teo is about 5-feet 6-inches tall and weighs about 275 pounds. He was last seen wearing a green winter jacket, jeans, and a what was described to officers as a “fuzzy hat with ears.” Teo does not speak English.

Anyone who has any information as to where Teo may be is asked to contact Ada County Dispatch at 208-377-6790.
