On Tuesday evening, Idaho State Police responded to a single car crash on Aviation Way and Crown Street in Caldwell.
Jose Rios, 22, of Caldwell was driving his Dodge pickup truck when he lost control of the vehicle. The truck went off the side of the road and rolled several times and Rios was ejected from the vehicle. He died at the scene.
Rios' passenger Ricky Gonzales, 22 also from Caldwell was wearing his seatbelt and had non life threatening injuries.
The crash is currently under investigation by the Idaho State Police.
