The Canyon County Sheriff’s Office Marine Patrol has recovered the body of the man who fell out of his boat on the Snake River on Sunday, June 18th.
Authorities say the body of James. L. Clure, 42, of Nampa, was located about 5:45 p.m. Tuesday.
Clure’s body was recovered about one and a half miles downstream from the boat launch at Martin’s Landing, west of Parma, according to a Canyon County Sheriff’s Office news relkease.
This is the second drowning death so far this year in Canyon County. The Sheriff’s Office reminds citizens to always wear a life vest when they are near the water, or while swimming or boating on Idaho’s waterways.
