BOISE, Idaho — 2020 has forced everyone to do things just a little differently than normal. St. Luke's Health System hosted a drive-thru career fair to fill specific positions to accommodate the COVID-19 impact Tuesday.

St. Luke's needs to fill the positions as quickly as possible with enthusiastic and carrying people in hospitality and food services, cashiers, housekeeping and much more. Organizers of the event were happy with the turnout.

"This is the first drive-thru career fair we've done and we think it's a really big success," said Michelle Rauer, talent acquisition manager with St. Luke's. "We've seen several cars come through in the three hour period that we've been here. The weather has cooperated, so it's been really really wonderful for us."
