BOISE, Idaho — In a tweet Tuesday afternoon, the City of Boise announced two citizen-led initiatives qualify for November's general election ballot.
Proposition 1 is the Library Initiative, which is an initiative requiring voter approval of the cost, financing, location, design, and size of certain Boise City Library Facility projects.
Proposition 2 is the Stadium Initiative, which is an initiative requiring voter approval of the cost, financing method, location, design, and size of certain sport stadium facility projects.

Both initiatives will be voted on during the general election on November 5th, 2019.
