A person has died following a three-vehicle crash that occurred on eastbound I-84 west of Mountain Home, according to the Idaho State Police.

The incident occurred at 8:48 am at milepost 77.5 when a 2010 Toyota Tacoma that was headed westbound on I-84 left the roadway, crossed the median and entered the eastbound lanes.

A passenger in the Silverado was also transported to St. Alphonsus with unknown injuries..

All lanes of traffic were reopened by 11:45 am.

The victim has not been identified.
