Nampa Police says an injury crash closed the on-ramp to I-84 at North Side, causing delays.
Idaho State Police say 21 year old Lemuel Edwards was eastbound on the on-ramp in a Chevy Silverado but had stopped due to heavy traffic which had slowed to a standstill. 58-year-old David Lanham was also eastbound on the on-ramp in a Nissan Sentra. Lanham didn't stop in time and hit Edwards' vehicle from behind.
Lanham was taken to the hospital, but Edwards was not injured.
Traffic was blocked for about an hour. The investigation is ongoing.
