If your weekend plans include travel between Nampa and Caldwell on I-84, expect delays.
I-84 will be reduced to one lane in each direction, and The Karcher westbound on-ramp (Exit 33), and Franklin Road westbound off-ramp (Exit 29) will be closed while crews work on repaving that stretch of the interstate.
ITD says "The best alternative is to avoid I-84 during weekend work".
Work began 7 p.m. Friday and is expected to be completed on Monday at 5 a.m.
