While the 5-day Treefort Music Festival is coming to an end, but organizers say the impacts will be felt long after it's over.
Last year, organizers estimate around 16,000 people attended the festival, but this year, they said it's likely to be even higher.
With more than 400 bands and thousands of people taking over the City of Boise, many businesses in the area see a spike in customers throughout the festival.
This year, it's estimated that roughly 40 percent of attendees were from out of state, bringing in money from out of town that stays in the gem state.
Next year, organizers hope to pair with even more businesses to make the festival even bigger and better than ever before.
