TWIN FALLS, Idaho — The Twin Falls School District is honoring their graduating seniors in a unique way.

The district is holding a graduation parade next week for each school.

"People are cheering, I'm sure people will be honking their horns. I'm sure it will be an exciting event and something that obviously we've never done before. I think it's kind of a different celebration, but the opportunity to still celebrate our graduates," said Dr. L.T. Erickson, Director of Secondary Programs for the district.

Canyon Ridge High School's parade will be on May 19 at 7:00 p.m.

The route will be from Sunway Soccer Complex straight to Canyon Ridge High School on North College Road West.

Twin Falls High School parade will be on May 18 at 7:00 p.m. For a map of that route, and a more detailed schedule for the parades, click here.

The district says MVHS (Magic Valley High School) will not have a graduation parade because the school surveyed students and they responded overwhelmingly that they would like to just wait until they can have an in-person ceremony.
