After a 3-alarm fire destroyed the roof of the vacant Mercy Hospital building on January 2, the owners now say they will tear it down.
Fire investigators ruled out electrical malfunctions as a possible cause of the fire that recently torched the upper level of the building. The Nampa Fire Marshal says someone set the fire, but they don't know whether it was intentional or an accident.
The building has been abandoned since 2004.
