Veterans who were at a meeting inside of the Warhawk Air Museum received a nice surprise after the Treasure Valley Pioneers dropped off a donation of $1000 to assist in paying for the Honor Flight of Idaho.
The donation will assist in paying for tickets, food, and hotels for the veterans.
“It's quite an awesome experience to have them be able to go back and relive and see the tributes that have been made," Kathy Schott from the Treasure Valley Pioneers explained.
