A Weiser, Idaho man has been declared dead after he failed to negotiate a curve in the road on Weiser River Road.
Robert Magers, 64, was found approximately 300 feet down an embankment near the Presley Bridge at 7:07 a.m. on January 29th.
Magers was unrestrained in the vehicle and the sole occupant.
Police believe the crash happened around midnight the night before.
