UPDATE (9:17 p.m. Wednesday, April 29):

A spokesperson for Lendio has responded to our request, writing that they have "adjusted the password reset logic to address this."

"Applicants who reset their passwords were being routed to the Lendio marketplace application which is separate from the PPP application. Any functions of the marketplace application and dashboard do not affect the status of an applicant’s PPP loan submission to lenders or the SBA. Therefore, it is not necessary for an applicant to change their password in order to change the status of their application. Each is being processed in the most expedient manner possible. We have adjusted the password reset logic to address this and to eliminate any confusion it may have created," said Melanie King, Lendio spokesperson.

Have you been approved for a PPP loan but are having trouble accessing the funding on the "Lendio" Loan Portal?

Local small business owner Allyson Galloway tells #TheReboundIdaho team that she discovered a bug in the Lendio loan portal used by the Small Business Administration for the Paycheck Protection Program loans.

"After you get notice via email of approval, the Lendio portal is only showing one page, and you can’t do anything until you reset your password," said Galloway. "For some reason, resetting the password resets your account and you have access to an 'offer dashboard' you could never see before."

She says resetting her password oddly fixed the problem.

"I finally got to the next step where I upload my business bank statement, tax info and other stuff to prove my business/income," said Galloway.

We reached out to Lendio for comment, but haven't received a response.
