WEISER, Idaho — Superintendent Wil Overgaard, of the Weiser School District, says a student of the school was arrested Friday, after delivering a threatening note to the principal, David Davies.
Overgaard says the note indicated that the student was unhappy with Davies, and, in it, the student threatened to come to the high school with "guns a blazing."
The school says the student was not in possession of any weapons.
The student was arrested and charged with threatening violence upon school grounds.
An investigation is underway.
Overgaard says the student will be suspended, pending the completion of that investigation.
