Posted

The College of Idaho fell to nationally-ranked Utah 115-74 in Salt Lake City on Monday night. The Yotes started the game quickly with a 5-0 run to start the ball game but a second half surge by former Idaho Stampede coach Larry Krystkowiak's team put away C of I.

The game at the Huntsman Center was a coming home of sorts for Yotes head coach Scott Garson who served as an assistant coach with the Utes for five years under Rick Majerus.

Aitor Zubizarreta led all scorers with 19 points, Joey Nebeker had 15. The College of Idaho will be back on the court Wednesday for a conference game against Evergreen at 7:30 p.m.
