The Idaho Vandals Men’s basketball team is heading overseas to put their talents on display halfway across the world. The Vandals will play eight games against some tremendous competition in China, including one game against the Chinese national team.
The team won’t return until June 25th, the same day as the NBA Draft. Senior guard Chris Sarbaugh spent time with both the University of San Diego and Idaho and says there is no better way to end his career.
“I’ve been lucky I guess. I’ve been to four schools and one of those stops, San Diego, I got to go to Italy, so I mean I thought that was my one time. Somehow, after this amazing journey coach called me, invited me to come… There couldn’t be a better ending.” Said Sarbaugh.
