Former Idaho Vandal running back Elijhaa Penny has inked a deal with the Arizona Cardinals. The Cardinals held their rookie minicamp over the weekend and after the three-day workout with Arizona Penny signed a deal.
Penny ran the ball 246 times for over 1500 yards and 10 touchdowns at Idaho last season.
With that said though Penny will have his work cut out for him as the backfield for the Cardinals is loaded with David Johnson, Chris Johnson, Andre Ellington and Stepfan Taylor.
