The Idaho Steelheads are on a roll, winning 4 in a row and 6 of their last 7. Today the Steelheads had their first sweep of the season with a 5 and 2 victory over the Atlantic gladiators. Goalie Brandon home made 35 saves to earn his first win as a Steelhead.
Jefferson Dahl and Andre Morissette scored in the third period to break a 2-2- tie after 40 minutes, Shawn Boutin added a point to seal the win.
The Steelheads are now above 500 and will host the Alaska Aces on Wednesday night at CenturyLink arena. It will be the first game of a three game set.
