BOISE, Idaho — Working out. You either love it or hate it.
For many of us transitioning into self-quarantine, finding a “new” routine while navigating a “new normal” may be challenging. So for those of you looking to blow off some steam or keep up with your current fitness goals, we’ve found a local, reasonably priced online program developed by two certified personal trainers.
Dylan Watts and Brycen Gonser are the founders and owners of Stitch Fitness. Both Watts and Gonser are certified, personal trainers. They built a base of clients while working at Off The Field Sports Training in Meridian. As their client base began to grow, instead of turning prospective clients away.
“We realized we needed an online training platform that would take the work off their hands and still have all our knowledge all our programming behind it.”
Stitch Fitness has been live for over a year. It’s a program that runs off a monthly membership fee. For $9.99 a month, users have access to about a years worth of workouts that can be done at home or in the gym.
Both Watts and Gonser also created the program with two things in mind, “minimal equipment at a minimal cost.” Gonser says minimal equipment at a minimal cost can still give you maximum results.
The $9.99 membership also includes access to diet plans. Dylan Watts tells 6 On Your Side that Stitch Fitness was designed for efficiency.
“If it is a gym workout it’s get in there, get out, get results if it’s a home workout, it’s the same thing, it’s the most effective use of your time.” While their demographic is primarily female," Gonser says. “It doesn’t matter what’s on the cover or what the title is; this works. I mean, the things that are in these workouts I implement I know Dylan does too.”
