LATAH COUNTY, Idaho — Lawyers were back in court on Wednesday arguing whether recent phone surveys sent out by Brian Kohbergers defense team violated a previously issued non-dissemination order.
Kohberger's lawyers argued that everything included in the survey was already public knowledge and that the survey was conducted using standard practices.
While Judge Judge is concerned that some of the questions may have violated the non-dissemination order, he did not issue a ruling.
