Cold, soaking rains have been falling in different areas and as we head into Saturday there will be more showers but they will favor later in the day as opposed to the morning hours.
On Sunday the best chance of showers will be in the morning then breaking clouds and still a slight chance of showers.
The mountains this weekend will be cold and wet with numerous showers with snow levels ranging from as low as 5500ft in Eastern Oregon near the center of the cold low pressure system to about 8000ft in central Idaho.
A brief look ahead to the Memorial Day Weekend is showing a decent chance of a warming trend with valley temps in the 70s and the mountains in the 60s. This could change so stay updated by liking my Facebook page!
