NAMPA, Idaho — My On Your Side Forecast this weekend has a lot of variety, so in other words don't get too comfortable Idaho! Friday we have a cold front moving in form the Northwest. This front brings heavy wind gusts throughout the state. In the Treasure Valley gusts will hit 25mph but by the afternoon gusts will reach 40mph. The sun won’t wander too far, but with this heavier wind, clouds will roll in and out of visibility throughout the day. Our mountains can expect some precipitation and in lower elevations a stray storm or shower is not out of the question.

Saturday will be the steadiest day this weekend. Breezy wind, 70 degrees and clear skies. However Sunday that will all change when yet another cold front rolls through the area. Sunday’s high temperatures with hang in the 50’s but the evening low will reach 35 degrees. This cold weather will prompt a frosty Monday morning.
